The loading icon doesn't show up?

no first a loading screen, then sega logo and sonic, then the game quit automatically back to dekstop without any massages.

i also tried the regedit its not working either

Did the launcher download the updates correctly?

You could try running as admin if you haven't (I suppose you already did).

Maybe you can copy the offline version into the installation of ultima and run the launcher so it updates the required files then launch from the launcher as well.

yes i just follow the instalation procedure from the installer and im pressing update multiple times. ill try to copy the game

game folder size is 850 MB

wow this sucks, this is my first time installing psobb and my game won't run. after the sega logo it just stops, no pop ups no nothing. is it because im using windows 10? or because i did something wrong when im installing the game? i installed it with the full installer. can someone help me please?
