It does if the weapon has high base atp (without including grinders). if the weapon has like 500+ atp on it you have a good % on it, that definitely helps. if the weapon is like 80 atp, then the %s aren't going to do as much.

Iirc you need, the items, MR has to be fully grinded to and you need some ATA ... 200?

In order to make a Psycho Raven you just need Master Raven + Psycho Black Crystal? I'm guessing you just need to equip the MR and use the crystal, but wanted to be sure. Thanks!

Wasn't sure if I should start a new thread since my problem is related. I received my registration email & I followed it and completed that process. But, when I try to log on it tells me "Please complete the registration of this account through e-mail validation." I've downloaded the most recent patches & restarted the game & my PC.
