I'm talking about the limiter that hurts all your stats unless you kill 20,000 enemies with it equipped. I will do the 20,000 kills on 2 and return 1.

I want to trade for one badly but I only have 5 PD and I figured maybe someone would want the 20,000 kills work done for them

i know you want seal limiters to unseal then into adept not unseal limiter that have 20,000 kills on them already
