Well daylight scar is 1/64 and blue odoshi is about 1/300. Those are the two I'm looking for but my point is that I haven't seen anything drop

Hmmm now I can't do gov quests....

Has anyone noticed that enemies don't seem to be dropping rares? I've been hunting an item the last several days and haven't seen one drop, even from the "rare" enemies
