Is there a ep or mission that has a better drop rate for Hit weapons and no im not talking about those missions that are hard as hell to do lol.

That's quite a controversial question :onion-head81:

All I can tell Is that episode 1 ruins Is the better option? :rf-13: but as far as I am aware, I have only ever heard of not more than five people getting a weapon with untekked 75 hit or over that? :onion-head49: but they were mostly just tekked 85 In the end, and one of them was rockettots' valentine rose iirc:rf-11: but then, there were also two people who's gotten untekked 90% hit In episode 2, and those were the most recent finds: One got It from the one and only Delbiter that spawns In RT's Seabed (It was a Vulcan by sinowneo :rf-03: posted In one of the post your achievement topics :D ); and another one was my bae, an untekked 90% hit arms found In RT's Seaside area. Who got It and from what monster he got It? I don't remember x'd

[and no, what I meant Is that I've been looking for a 100 hit shot weapon to make a DM with :onion-head65: and I wasn't HIM :onion-head48:]

As for any find In episode 4...........

... oh, this Is definitely the most cursed one :onion-head06:

Someone got a no special 85% hit calibur, I believe..........

.........In Layer 7 of CTU :rf-04:

I would assume Ultima uses similar calculations as the ones described by ephinea: https://wiki.pioneer2.net/w/Weapon_drop_tables. But as Kotta points out with a drop occuring in CTU Layer 7, there are unique areas that might use different patterns. The odds of getting an 50% or better hit rare are at best ~3.6 in 10,000 (5% rolling hit times 0.072% being >=50% from pattern 4). Apparently rares are the same pattern everywhere. I'm not sure if boss rooms get special patterns.

TLDR; hit on orange boxes depend on the area + difficulty with the best chances happening later in an episode. Seabed is probably best since you start at the 2nd to last stage of the episode.

Raid on central tower or max attack s. Both quests are quite difficult though ;)

I recommend you bring a force of yours to the quest. All It needs to do Is SD & Resta If needed, and you alone can deal with It np after a few tries and reading the rooms correctly.

I know It might be annoying to dual log and be switching between characters to make/join room twice and control two characters, but for what you are attempting to this Is no big deal :D (because seriously, the first two rooms are brimming with gi gues, for a reason the quest Is banned during Anniversary, though not because of gi gues but certain meris :rf-08:) [..... oh wait, also because of Gi Gue as well, dropping SoU :rf-04:]

Your worst enemy will be remembering to switch dropstyle to 0 (shared) and to remember to switch It back to 1 (Individual once you are done :onion-head81:

Is it a bug or not but when the enemy is far but still in distance heavy attack from serene hits once? but normal attack hits multiple times

If you're asking whether it's a bug with Serene Swan, then the answer is no. If you're asking whether it's a bug or oversight in the game? Depends... Here's why this happens.

Most projectile weapons in this game fire a bullet in one of two cases: either straight (no target) or to a targeted enemy. The target case is what's important here. The game calculates the distance between source and target points and divides it by the bullet's velocity to calculate the number of frames for it to live. Once it reaches that number of frames, the bullet is destroyed by the game.

The problem is that hard attacks can push back enemies, causing the bullet to be destroyed at the target's old position (or more specifically, at some point inside the target's hitbox when it was fired). If the enemy was pushed back, then the bullet is destroyed by the game before it reaches the target's current location.

So is this a bug? I would say no because it's quite similar to manual evasion. The main difference is the game provides visual feedback for manual evasion, although it looks the same as an accuracy failure (not very helpful from Sega but oh well).

A number of weapons fire a different type of projectile often called a 'launcher' projectile (Photon Launcher, Guilty Light, Rambling May, Rianov 5, Frozen Shooter special, Snow Queen all attacks, many 'Card' type weapons, Ultima Bringer's special attack, and others). These projectiles mostly don't have this problem because the projectile is destroyed when it collides with the maximum number of targets or reaches its maximum distance. Although in classic Sega fashion, a set of these launcher projectiles such as the ES CARDS weapons have a different bug which causes the game to destroy them one frame early, so they fail to hit targets at max range sometimes.
