can't use main bank dc

So i was xfer my stuff into my bank from other char and then i got dc once i tryed 2 use again kept trying 2 excess but kept dcing then i finally got into main bank. And 2 items were ?? and then i dced and can't get back into my bank since then. help?

Try to get the ??? items out quickly.

Also, try to take pictures of the items you certainly don't want to lose.

If it doesn't fix itself, we might need to wipe your bank out.

Ok and I cannot enter my common bank at all so i can't get pictures of it, cause once i hit "take" from my bank its instant Dc. I got into my bank once but I got dc right after. So I would just like some of my stuff back if a wipe is needed :? if a wipe is needed i'll give a list of the important items that i lost.
