On another account which I no longer have access to the e-mail and unable to sign in to open a ticket, but able to log in the game to play. Username is joemomma. Grouped with some people to do quest for gal gryphon. Died a lot and inventory full, decided to bank Heaven Striker since beat time was odd.  I was loading up on scape dolls and after the 4th or 5th I got DC. Logged back in but could not rejoin group quest so I called it a night. Logging in the next night I realized the weapon was not in character bank where I placed it, nor in common bank. That weapon was found on this account Guildcard 42153115 Character Slot 2 forget how long ago. Just feel bummed and not that excited to play as much since. I don't know if you are able to do a rollback or anything and I had tried to message in other places. Sorry if this is the wrong place.
