Gallon Shop Bug Problem :"L

Hi.

I was leveling up the Dark attribute of a hundred souls. I had 3 spheres on my inventory and leveled from 0 to 30 and from 30 to 60 without any problem, but with the third sphere the game crashed and it wouldn´t go from 60 to 90 dark, and i lost my sphere Is there a way to help me?

 

This is the first time this has happened to me; I´ve always been able to increase attributes without any problem, but it feels bad that i lost a sphere.

 

EDIT:

In fact, i think it got worse. Now im try to go to the upgrades shop on the quest Gallon Shop and i can´t enter anymore, it looks like i haven´t done the respective quests to get there.

 

EDIT 2:

 

It seems the problem i can´t enter to Gallon shop is fixed now.

For those unaware of it, this bug currently happens when you completely use the last remaining PS/PDs in your bag on a weapon that is positioned after where the PS/PDs are in inventory, so a simple safe method is to just carry more PSs and PDs than you will be using. While you can also go in carrying the exact amount if the PSs/PDs are positioned after the weapon, keep in mind that right after you redeem on a weapon once it gets moved to the end of your inventory, so you'd still need to back out and rearrange again before doing the last redeem if adding more than once to the same weapon.

Please stop messaging me about lost items, because there is nothing I can do on my own.

 

Whenever Soly sends me the quest logs, I will contact each of you to recover the lost items. They will all be given back.

as I answered on discord: this is not a bug, Paganini simply won't let you meet his father if you don't have required material.
