Can't log into the game after creation an account.

Hi i have just signed up to the game, i have this forum account and made another account for the game but everytime i try to log in it keeps saying invalid username and password. Can anyone help me please?

Could It be that you are creating a Forum Account Instead of an In-game account?

Or also, did you validate your In-game account?  

 

And just In case, you didn't use any other characters besides numbers or letters, right? Just thought It might have to do with accidentally "alt + shift"ing  

Finally, I can't think of anything else  so last resort would be account recovery

Thank you so much, so i changed my password without using shift on anything and just used numbers etc and it's worked
