F1-F12 not working

Can someone help me get my F1-F12 hot keys working?

 

I’m on labtop and when I hit F4, it does the volume o_o

 

I also want to know if I can change my start menu from the Home button on labtop to a different key because the turnoff button for the labtop is right above the home button and I have fat fingers XD

 First off i believe this tech support is for the game not your computer/laptop .

 You have not given enough information like make of laptop what OS you are using. 

 

You can use google search and it will come up with for example .

How do I turn off Hotkeys on my HP laptop?
You can access the desktop by going to the browser. You can right click anywhere on your desktop. Choose the graphics option. You can disable the Hotkeys by selecting them and clicking Disable.

 

Same will be for Home button it will be in your preferences

Depending on your keyboard (going off of how my old one was) there may be an "lock/unlock" key. My old keyboard had a function key "Fn" at the lower left corner of the keyboard, id have to hold that and press esc (which had a lock icon on the key itself, the other f1-12 keys also had icons for things like volume, pause, play etc.). I had to do that in order to toggle the function keys on and off. There may be something like that found on one of your keys. Hope this helps
