First one is to remove fog, especially in CCA and second one is called IBOUGHTMYPCFROMWALLMART. With both you should save some ressources. Also, considering your laptop it looks like you dont have any graphic card, only the integrated one on your i3 CPU so don't expect too much either. You can also enable frameskip to 1 or 2 and lower some settings!
