Problems registering an account

Hello,

I'm trying to register an in-game account without success.

Every time I try to register, it says invalid password

The password and confirm password match and meet all criteria

Is there something I'm missing here? I was logged on the other day now every time I try to log-in the client it says invalid log-in information. I even made a whole new forum account although still unable to register a new in-game account.

Thanks for the help!

Your forum login info and your game login info are two separate things. This is something that confused both me and my roommate when we started on this server.

Hi, I think you missed what I was trying say. Every time I try to make an in-game account it says "Invalid Password"

Are u using symbols for your password, some are not allowed.

Also, sometimes there is a bug where you cannot register new accounts.

This worked, THANKS. When making a forum account it requires a symbol, so I used the same password which included a "!". I took that out and it worked, thanks!
