[hope to get hit on It] As for hell gun, find one at episode 4's offline quest Restless Lion to find a good hell sniper with either 30% or 50% hit. [Or, take a chance to find a good Final Impact with very good hit% (over 45%, I guess..) and mix It with a Stellar Shard.
