@Fyrewolf5 is the kind of guy I equally look up to and get irritated by because he has the level of knowledge about mechanics of PSO that I strive to know in games that interest me. Not often I'm jealous of people.

@Lemon is just plain swell. The kind of name that'll probably leave a permanent positive impact everywhere he goes. Keep on being awesome.

How is @mudkipzjm not a veteran? He's got some of the highest community karma around, a seal of approval from Lemon as being not nearly as unpleasant as he sometimes seems to portray, tons of experience in-game, good advice, and just plain seems to get along with everyone he tries to.

@CannaBeast pretty much broke me out of my shell and got me in position to really start working on being worthy to play alongside people. Kudos, man, hope you're alright.

I did recently PM @R-78 about being thankful over her commitment to staying around as GM and continuing to work towards positive results for players. As a former forum moderator, staff member, and mod for its in-game chat room, I know working hard behind the scenes dishes out a lot of stress and frustration. Thumbs still up for being upbeat and likable through it as well as she has.

Well, the folks that helped show me the ropes in the before time are long gone, namely @Magic Bun  and the fine fine folks in Illuminati. 

But after a break and coming back I met up with some pretty alright schlubs who helped mold my re-nubness into a stronk stronk rock of pew-pew. Those people are @Usagi (original), @Quan, @theancientsam, @Lucapy and @Exotic(rip ERA). They helped me learn all the lil tricks and tips that help me mask my deep seated nubness I carry to this day.

After some hullabaloo, we figured our poo out and got a big group of yuge nerds together so we could all pew pew, talk about game mechanics, and share nsfw pictures, as is the custom.  It is known. Team Triforce is a group of veterans from all corners of this globe (corners suggest a flat earth) who play this game way too much, rip on each other constantly, but also back each other up in every way possible. Pretty sure i would have given up this silly grind of a game if it wasn't for all the heccing amazing people here: @Kraven202 @EDEN @Dutch Ride @capo @mudkipzjm @Tiel @C01D1 @ redsniper @nnorton @wavebuster @sanicteam @duja @harvest @franky @gui @horrorgeek @ KILL @palutena @jenasys and all the rest. I also want to give a shout out to all my boiolas out there in the pso-verse who have been there to help me be the best boiola i can be: 

@Noob Saibot being really SMRT and hosting cool events like vanilla roct, also being an all around good boiola

@jezbuz for being a very good tutor of Portuguese slang words and generally a positive boiola

@bobshlibidich for being the frenchiest boiola of them all and making the best dad jokes

one of the coolest dudes i know, and well knowledgeable in the game. whenever i have a question about anything pso related i'd bug him and even if he doesnt answer right away he always answer later with something useful, i cant tell you the amount of times i just ask random questions and im sure mud's like "cloor again" lel

one the most chill person i know, tho he is always high. he hooked me up to get my first dw. all of the above and a few others, we had this really cool skype group that we talked alot of shite. fun times, fun times.

so when all my usual ppl left pso or werent playing or had rl to deal with, these two always invited me to run with them and they didnt think i was a scrub lol we definitely did alot of runs last year tho i dont play much now, still cool dudes that always say hello in lobby

aaaand for anyone i miss, i do apologize. i think my pso run has definitely been one of the best (and still more to come!) there was a time that only the community kept me playing, most ppl on this server are generally nice and i always try to see the best in people, unless you're a complete idiot (and i do know a few but i'll save that for another post  )

Quality thread.  Not sure I can even name them all, but the names that come to mind right away

@griffeni pulled me into the game.  I started out like anyone else.  Around the 2nd week I was getting ready to quit, but griffeni talked to me in lobby one day and decided to invite me to his team.  That sense of community kept me involved and really made me enjoy the game.

@Mayte was the one of the first people who I really befriended on the game.  I really enjoyed how she would help me get better, especially with my goal to duo RoCT.  We ended up doing it, though she did most of the work.  She really helped me become as invested in the game as I was.  I wanted to help people like she helped me.

@TripleR Just as Mayte helped me get good at the game, RRR really challenged me to become the best I could.  We loved to TA, and took the only record for duo PPP, and tested multiple new RoCT strategies.  I can wholeheartedly say that he kept me playing the game for at least an extra year.

@Soly really helped me get into modding.  He helped me an insurmountable amount, especially with testing.

@Saber +7 was also a good friend.  The first one to spill over into real life.

 

I am defiantly forgetting people, but it's 2am and I am ready for bed.

@Saber +7 Definitely has helped me the most on this server and got me connected to everyone I chat/play with. Still have some lent/given items .Generally fun chattin, shootin the shit and goofin around. Doing some teamz challenges and lots more over the past 1.5 years

@Starlord Helped out with acquiring gear after lending a DM for half a year. Solo RT TA competition was p fun! Also lots for banter and goofin online + reminiscing about SCHThack is always great! Also somehow remembering my 50 million alts 👀

@JADE It's an honor to be one of your many doppelgangers 👀 . Appreciate the speedy mag hookups and also learning random life (and food) stuff from you in the Discord group. Also thanks for talking me out of quitting after the Xmas event 😛

@mudkipzjm For being my biggest fan 👀. Thanks for coming on when I'm streaming/bored on PSO

@R-78 For chillin and many item hookups from the shop, p much from when I started on this server. Also cool that you're up for whatever when we have nothing to do 😛

I miss my early days of pso, @King Ra and @RudyArana trying to teach me how to not be absolutely garbage at the game. (It never worked, im still bad.) @mudkipzjm and @McLaughlin86 for honestly being some of my favorite people, countless hours of mind numbing event runs and rocts spawning Quite possibly some of the dankest memes to grace ultima. I likely wouldnt have stuck around ultima too long if it wasn't for these two idiots. @griffeni you're a shithead sometimes but you’re one of my shitheads.

@Cal_Unbreakable was a pretty cool staff member man that helped me out and was one of the few people that still referred to me as "Midoriel," which was my first character's name from looong ago. It feels nice to know there is someone that still remembers me from my earliest days.

@Lone Ranger I saw this fellow running around a lot while I was about to enter my retirement phase, and we ended up talking about some annie mays in the lobby along with @Mayte and @Neon one night. We became friends pretty fast and I eventually joined his team. Good times. (He also got me a birthday gift that I have hanging up on my wall even now, thank you so much!)

@RudyArana The Pillar Man aka Embodiment of Dankness and Determination. He helped me run for some pretty difficult drops along with @fatboy back in the day. Very chill and easy to talk to he was.

@Wayne Jones  This man also helped me run so much even though my luck was total garbo. I met him through Red Star *nearly barfs mentioning* and he lent me his Bringer's Rifle around that time for some Ep 4 hunting when I was still relatively new.  Wayne is a good fellow who really loves his sandwiches, be sure to give him one as thanks if he helps you too!

@NightGen16 Just as cool a person, he was also one that spent a lot of time helping me hunt for the nigh impossible on his many alts. Bless ya.

@Trigunman was on the same team as my very first one, and he is still as awesome now as he was then. Fun to converse with, fun to play with, he is an all around helpful person.

@Pthalo is a fellow artist that shares a great interest in old-school anime. I would like to get to hang out with them more, they are a great person to spend time with and just talk about anything during free time whether it be on Blue Burst or on PSO2, where I helped them get used to the many changes. I am also very thankful for them still taking my art request while they had a lot going on. It was well worth the wait!

@Heavy Nova My great friend and partner of grind and doing fun stuff in general. I meet him back in 2015, when i was a little nublet. I had a pretty weak RAmarl and i was a bit obsessed to hunt RR. The problem was, there wasn't individual drops so i just called the drop when people joined and had to trust them. So one day Nova joined my room and helped me in a run or two on that day. Almost daily he would just randomly join my room and helped me out. Then after weeks, he joined my room and ask "jesus, you still haven't found a RR?" (yeah i had a really bad luck at that time, even during HH), and then he told me that he would spam TTFs to help me until i get one.

Well, after running for a long time, we didn't manage to find a single one. But got pretty close and start playing together for a long time. Probably was the best times i had on ultima and he's the best person i ever meet on PSO. All the runs we did, all the frustration we got from grinding, all our talks about life and stuff like that, all the things he teached me about PSO, all the jokes etc. He really made PSO a even more pleasant experience and if i'm still here playing PSO these days, was because of him.

@pishion Subborn as hell, Impulsive, "rude" sometimes (mostly because how bad he was expressing himself correctly in english, he was not exacly a rude person) and hot tempered, but that's what gave pishion his charm. I don't like to use much to use the word "bro", but he is like a little bro to me, one of those subborn little sh*t brothers that you have to call him out when he did his mistakes and teach him everything that you know. Behind that, he has a really good heart and was my best friend on PSO along with Nova and another partner on grinding too for countless hours.

Also a really generous person, helped me alot and helped alot of random people around, without having the need of promoting himself. I appreciate all the time we played together, those times were a blast and for all our talks that we had (and still have from time to time).

@Terrybriggs711 Simply the best buddy you can have. A really generous person and a really good PSO friend. You helped alot, especially hunting over and over items that i needed ahah. All our grinds, all our frustration (part of the game ahah), all the jokes or simply our chilled conversations about everything while we played, made my time on PSO even better. You know the esteem i have for you.

@Sasquash This guy once joined my mag feeding room and start talking. He was as much talkative as i was (which i instantly liked alot lol) and a really funny guy. He start playing and helping each other (and struggling alot since we both only had 0'd spread needles lulz)  and quickly become good friends. Was one of the funniest guys i ever met on ultima and a good friend that i enjoying playing and spending time with, when he has availability to play.

@armando - One of the first people helping me when i joined (if not the first, i don't remember exacly). A hilarious dude and a cool guy. #freearmando2019

@nnorton44 A cool and funny guy. I actually don't remember how we met, but I always enjoyed our ROCT runs even those horrible and hilarious ones ahaha. Really nice guy.

@ItchyFlamingo Miss you man, your stay here was too short  one of the nicest people i ever met here.

@Noob Saibot Boiolatron of the House Boiola, first of his name, King of all Boiolas and protector of the Boiola Kingdom.

I think this guy doesn't need an introduction, for all what he contributed for this server, his good mood and the nice guy he is. I don't know how didn't we met before, but i always identified myself with his opinions on forums and his positive mood and humor (i'm still laughing until today with our orginza/king kong fight on the shoutbox).

I think in some way, we are really alike in terms of our "nature". Our long talks about stuff not related with PSO, our hilarious games, our trolls on shoutbox and in game with random people and even the more serious games etc.. Man you are awesome!

Big shoutout to @Ford522 (really nice and funny guy and a good player), @JADE (For making speed of light mags and being a really positive person) @RocketTots (For being a really cool guy, chilled and really boiola. In 3 months, you will talk portuguese fluently ahah), @bobshlibidich (Nice guy and you also like to hunt "exotic" things. Also really boiola). @Starlord (I love your art of trolling, also a really good player and gave me good tips about specific things.), @swright(for all the hilarious runs), @Dioniso (really nice guy), @Zeldya (for being a nice person and funny too).

honestly i could probably cram half of the server into this or even just most of the people in this thread and as much as i really want to i wont because this post is about @Malaxer or as some of you know her ing because when i started playing here i was only about soloing because i wanted to relive the gcn days of solo play but she invited me to her team and i said sure why not then she introduced me to @Mayte and @nyukin right before she went on a long break and i eventually ended up joining their team and meeting many of the lads i know and love today including @mudkipzjm, @KarmaTheFoney, karmas gf, @SelahIsASpot, @Lopedo45 @BK-201 and many others but the point is if it wasnt for ing then i probably wouldnt have met any of the cool dudes that i did because i was about ready to just quit playing all together right before ing invited me to the team because as far as soloing went i did all that i wanted too but she showed me what multiplayer pso was like and that kept me around long enough to make the friendships that have lasted almost 5 years at this point even outside of pso so i will always remember the doge that started it all
