It can be obtained by following a very long chain quest (not difficult, just time consuming) that might not even be working on this server. The price is going to be whatever people will pay for it, which is most likely not very much if anything. The problem is the item is destroyed upon death, so more often than not you won't be equipping it. I think when you do die, though, it revives you. bobshlibidich Posted June 14, 2019 Share Posted June 14, 2019 (edited) It's just a shield that acts as a scape doll. If you die, it revives you and get destroyed. It deletes itself first even if you have scape dolls in your inventory.
