This is the only rifle range weapon for Hucaseal/Hucast, with Blizzard it is their best weapon to freeze enemies and it is event exclusive. After doing a decent amount of testing with water gun and all specials . The freeze ratio is indeed decent . I only advise to not use it in tower where the evp is insane and HUs aren’t best suited . Tbh I would find it hard to pay 15 DTs for it though do to its lack of accuracy . With that amount of hit I would say 10 DTs .
