Episode 4 offers a lot of new content including new maps to explore , quests , new enemies and 3 new bosses . Also new drops that episode 1&2 dont have . There is no one in the principal's office and the door to leave pioneer 2 won't open. Edit: Ok, I figured it out. Those things happen when you set up for a one player game.
