psobb.exe stop working

Hello. I've download this game ,  exclude the files of my antivirus  and try to change resolution. And the game dont work   

I have windows 7 i dont know if i should reinstalling

Are you running Windows 7 service pack 1?

What is your computer's specs/hardware?

What resolutions have you tried?

What video drivers are you using, AMD, NVidia card or Intel intergrated video?

What anti-virus are you running?

What PSOBB Ultima launcher options are you using?

When you say it doesn't work, does it give you the blue screen of death (reboot) or just a crash notification from Windows that the game stopped responding?

Or does it even give you any notice at all?

Oh sorry .. 

Are you running Windows 7 service pack 1? Yes. 

What is your computer's specs/hardware? HP, G5450frm, Pentium Dual-core CPU E5800 , 3.20GHz , 4.00 Go RAM and 64 bits. 

What resolutions have you tried? All until 1440*900 my max resolution. 

What video drivers are you using, AMD, NVidia card or Intel intergrated video? AMD R7 200 series. 

What anti-virus are you running? Norton. 

What PSOBB Ultima launcher options are you using? Just changing language on French. 

When you say it doesn't work, does it give you the blue screen of death (reboot) or just a crash notification from Windows that the game stopped responding? Crash notification when the game started to loading.  

Or does it even give you any notice at all?

It's okay is work now   just need to reinstall this ...
