Rockstarwxy
When I try to run the launcher, it tells me that the file is a virus or contains unwanted software (i have no antivirus software installed btw) I even tried to reinstall it, but it tells me the same thing. 1 Quote Link to comment
Saber +7
You can try to allow an app through the windows firewall. If you're on w10 that's not so hard. If you need more particular steps let me know. Here's just a bit about this issue. PSO is weird lol Edited February 17, 2019 by Saber +7 1 Quote Link to comment

He said he doesn't have any antivirus installed so more then likely its Windows Defender triggering the alert; in that case he needs to set the threat to 'Allow on Device'. If it has already been quarantined he needs to 'Restore' then 'Allow'. Quote Link to comment
Lemon
Yes this sounds like a windows defender thing. You'll need to add the pso folder to the exceptions list and rerun the launcher (or reinstall if the launcher is gone). Quote Link to comment

Lemon
No, it's the antivirus package detecting the dll attaching to pso and editing data. This triggers the 'oh no, bad stuff' warning, and quarantines the dll. Windows just packages everything all together. 2 Quote Link to comment
