Ahhh some very handy general info on weapons specials I came across folks, enjoy!  :onion-head11:

:foie:FIRE ATTRIBUTE

Heat - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special Does Fire Damage

Fire - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Does Fire Damage

Flame - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Does Fire Damage

Burning - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special Does Fire Damage

     > The Fire Attribute is useful throughout the game.  However, as you advance into Hard and Very Hard modes, this attribute does little to no damage on certain enemies.  Also, other attributes perform better in Hard and Very Hard modes.

Shock - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special Does Lightning Damage

Thunder - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Does Lightning Damage

Storm - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Does Lightning Damage

Tempest - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special Does Lightning Damage

     > The Lightning Attribute is useful throughout the game.  However, as you advance into Hard and Very Hard modes, this attribute is less effective on certain enemies.  Also, Lightning may paralyze Machine enemies.

Ice - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special May Freeze Enemies

Frost - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special May Freeze Enemies

Freeze - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special May Freeze Enemies

Blizzard - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special May Freeze Enemies

     > The Freeze Attribute is useful throughout the game.  However, as you advance into Hard and Very Hard modes, this attribute does little to no damage on certain enemies.  Even if it doesn't damage an enemy, a frozen foe is much easier to kill.  Note: Freeze doesn't affect bosses, but is great on Machines.

Bind - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special May Paralyze Enemies

Hold - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special May Paralyze Enemies

Seize - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special May Paralyze Enemies

Arrest - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special May Paralyze Enemies

     > The Paralyze Attribute is useful throughout the game.  As you advance into Hard and Very Hard modes, this attribute is very useful.  Just as with Freeze, a paralyzed foe is much easier to kill.  Note: Paralyze doesn't affect bosses, and is somewhat less effective on Machines.

Panic - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special May Confuse Enemies

Riot - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special May Confuse Enemies

Havoc - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special May Confuse Enemies

Chaos - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special May Confuse Enemies

     > The Confuse Attribute isn't too useful, IMO.  Basically, it causes the afflicted enemy or enemies to attack the closest target.  Therefore, it's best to keep your distance and watch your foes kill each other!  Note: Confusion doesn't affect bosses.

poison.gifDRAIN HP ATTRIBUTE

Draw - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special Drains 5% of Enemy's HP

Drain - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Drains 9% of Enemy's HP

Fill - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Drains 13% of Enemy's HP

Gush - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special Drains 17% of Enemy's HP

     > The Drain HP Attribute is useful throughout the game.  Basically, it drains the enemy's HP and adds it to your HP.  This can be quite handy against bosses and tough enemies, especially if you're a Robot character.

:megid:KILL ATTRIBUTE

Dim - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special May Kill Enemies Instantly

Shadow - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special May Kill Enemies Instantly

Dark - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special May Kill Enemies Instantly

Hell - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special May Kill Enemies Instantly

     > The Kill Attribute is useful throughout the game.  Basically, it can kill one or more enemies (depending on the weapon) with one shot.  The enemy's ESP resistance increases throughout the game, which makes it less likely for this type of weapon to connect (unless the weapon has a high Hit Photon).  Note: Kill doesn't affect bosses, and may anger team members.

:zalure:STEAL TP ATTRIBUTE

Heart - Rarity: +1 StarValue: +1,000M Special Steals 3% of Your Max TP

Mind - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Steals 4% of Your Max TP

Soul - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Steals 5% of Your Max TP

Geist - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special Steals 6% of Your Max TP

     > The Steal TP Attribute is useful throughout the game, especially for Force characters.  Basically, it can steal TP to fill your gauge.  A Force character can eliminate frequent trips to buy Mono/Di/Trifluids with a Geist Raygun!

:grants:CHARGE ATTRIBUTE

Charge - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Charges Meseta for 2x Attack

Spirit - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Charges TP for 2x Attack

Berserk - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Charges HP for 2x Attack

     > The Charge Attribute is useful throughout the game, especially against bosses.  Basically, it charges your Meseta/TP/HP to do a double powered attack!  The Berserk Attribute is only for the brave though...

:shifta:MASTER ATTRIBUTE

Master's - Rarity: +2 StarsValue: +4,000M Special Steals 8% of Enemy's EXP

Lord's - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Steals 10% of Enemy's EXP

King's - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special Steals 12% of Enemy's EXP

     > The Master Attribute isn't too useful, IMO.  I guess if you're in a hurry to gain a level so you can get some sleep, then this attribute would be helpful.  For example, every time you hit an enemy worth 100 EXP with a Master's [weapon], you'll get an extra 8 EXP.

:ryuker:DEVIL ATTRIBUTE

Devil's - Rarity: +3 StarsValue: +9,000M Special Reduces Enemy's HP to 1/2

Demon's - Rarity: +4 StarsValue: +16,000M Special Reduces Enemy's HP to 1/4

     > The Devil Attribute is useful throughout the game, as it does massive damage.  I recommend the following combo attack: normal/hard, special, normal/hard.  Note: Devil doesn't affect bosses.
