R-78 Posted December 25, 2017 Share Posted December 25, 2017 (edited) When you send a request from this page https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/account-management/account-recovery/ You get an Ultima PSOBB account recovery email in which your Username and Guildcard are listed. Right below there is a Recover my Account link which redirects you to the Password change page. Here you don't need to enter anything in the Old password / Key field which should be filled already, just enter the same Username as in the email and the new Password you want. Follow those steps and if that still doesn't work, then message @Soly with the email. Don't leave it here. Also I'm deleting your other topic since it is the same issue.
