Lost items after not playing for months

Hey i havent played in atleast 6 + months and i lost all my mags and a good portion of my items . i cant play any of my characters and would like to see if anyone can help .

Well.. you don't just lose all your items... are you sure you are in the correct account and that didn't give them away or something?

I have a backup of some time ago and checking it, your last login times where like in january for Tamara and may for the rest of the characters and they have the same exact inventory as they have right now.

There is a secondary account with a character named Poody that has a few things:

Asteron Striker, Spread Needle. Tellusis... and that's about it...

Make sure to run Launcher.exe as an administrator, and make sure that your antivirus isn't blocking the update.

I think I talked to him in PMs and he said his brother had made a second account and moved some items there?
I don't remember tho.
