(iirc these files are not updated by the server, but they might at some point) Note: move not add another NPC, adding a new NPC would break the entities IDs and you'd get kicked upon killing a boss in free roam. With that file you should have the nurse where you want and all would be ok. But I am almost sure this wouldn't become a server thing. Or... she could just follow you and cast "perfect heal" every 0.2 sec.
