Hi, currently trying to turn my enemy parts into weapons, I've looked up guides from old pso world but I'm missing a few of the quests from 1p, is there a different way to do it on the ultima server?

You need to complete the government quests, this will unlock the next solo quests.

The gov quests are in multiplayer mode. You need to go in the general office and talk to the lady on the left (when you're facing the general). You don't need to do all the gov quests, only until you unlock solo ruins quests if I remember correctly.

That one tells you to do way more than you need to do.

As misombre said, the new Government Quests (from the principle's office in multiplayer) are required in place of 'beat boss and speak to principle after' now. So you must clear up to 4-1 to unlock ruins quests. Then you must do the one player quests Claiming a Stake, Battle Training, Magnitude of Metal, Secret Delivery, and Doc's Secret Plan. After that you can convert in Dr. Osto's Research quest by speaking to Montague. Secret Delivery is a caves quest and Doc's Secret Plan is a ruins quest, so you need 2-1 and 4-1 unlocked respectively for those to show up.

It's actually the quest "Unsealed Door" to convert.  You speak to Montague beside the warp to the Principal.  I don't know if you can also do it through "Dr Ostos Research" but that's how I've always done it :3

The original quest to do it is both Dr. Osto's Research and Unsealed Door (on gamecube). On Xbox it was only Unsealed Door for some reason. On Blue Burst you can use either. Since Unsealed Door requires you to finish Dr. Osto's Research, it takes longer to unlock, so I didn't bother to clarify that it can also be done there.
