No point in knowing the effect if you can never obtain the item, so I bet you can donate for it On a side note, if you have summit moon you can forego getting Glide v.00 as they do the exact same thing: Simple tech boost, except v.00 is just a little bit higher, but realistically you wont be using Simple techs that often anyways.
