FOmarl Max Stats?

I've been POURING over max stat plans... Much of the knowledge is assumed... So could you guys help me clear some things up?
 

1. After a mag has evolved to a rare evolution, if it is fed by a different class/ID, will it EVER evolve again?
             What about if it's a cell mag?

2. Are max stats higher on just our server? In the max stats thread, it gives you plans an material lists, but it doesn't tell you what the max numbers are, where to find them, or how many materials are left over (which, I'll admit, is just a convenience thing)...

3. Is EVP worth maxing on FOMarl? I figure if and when I do take a hit, it would be good to have my stats

4. Opinion on this gear list?

Tellusis (Triple invincibility mag with the highest activation rate: 55%)

Final result
ATP/ATA/MST/EVP/LUCK maxed if using Red Ring or Hylian Shield.
ATP/ATA/EVP maxed if using other shields like Three Seals/Rupika/Merges, etc.
The con is that MST is only maxed when using Red Ring or Hylian Shield.
Can use Def Materials x 5 for increasing DFP (not a big deal)

thats a decent plan imo, but in case you just like having max mst all around, you could sacrifice having max evp, to have max mst all the time, instead of with certain shields

also:

1) dont think it changes from rares, like dont think a sato will change, but i could be wrong

2) max stats are higher, think its plus 100 atp, 100 mst, and 10 ata

3)EVP isnt really worth maxing, hence my first statement, the stats you wanna max are atp/ata/mst/lck, then maybe the others, but def is better than evp in my opinion.

4) gear list is nice, but you can also use cbat/v801 at same time

5) plan is alright, but theres another plan that lets you max everything, except evp/dfp. but this plan is nice also too.

1. No, once a mag goes rare it stays rare. Exceptions are few and far between, like certain specific cells (puyo requires chuchu, console mags go in order, geung-si requires rukmin, elenor/ultima mags on any mag, etc)

2. Max stats are higher on this server. Every class is +100atp, +100mst, +100dfp, +10ata, +30evp. Fomarl's maximums are 972atp, 180ata, 1384mst, 598dfp, 618evp. Min dfp is 351, min evp is 513

3. Evp and Dfp are often left off on this server since we have higher max stats but the same material limits, as well as buffed monsters. Fomarl already has the highest hp of all the forces anyway(enough to survive being ohko by many dangerous moves), but does have the lowest base/max evp of any char. However there just isn't room to get any dfp or evp without sacrificing more important stats anyway.

4. Gear list:  This will have a most of the actually useful options on it, mix of high end and low end options so that you can work your way up, grouped generally by type sortof. It may have a few either not overly useful or too hard to get items missing from it. I may edit in other items I forgot if I think of them.
Any triple invincibility mag, or at least one that has invincibility at 1/10th hp.
Support gear:
Glide Divine (Jellen/Zalure range boost, +15allresists, restores tp if held for 10min and used)
Clio (Zalure range, 10% grants boost, usable on ramarl)
Lindcray (Resta/Anti range, spirit rifle)
Marina's Bag (Resta/Anti range, wand type so fastest cast speed on females)
Tyrell's Parasol (Resta/Shifta/Deband range, charge partisan)
Madam's Parasol (Resta/Anti range, spirit partisan)
Madam's Umbrella (Shifta/Deband range, berserk partisan)
Striker of Chao (Shifta/Deband range)
Resta Merge (Resta Range, very useful to have in addition to a resta weapon for insane range)
Mercurius Rod (low level gifoie special for stopping spawncharge of certain enemies, 30% grants)
Gal Wind (can trigger mag 1/10th hp special, if it's invince it is useful sometimes)
Rico's Glasses (trap vision shield, 1 dfp 1 evp 0 resists, can take on and off real quick)
Sacred Cloth (built in cure/paralysis armor, 15 edk)
Lieutenant Mantle (built in trap search armor, 6 elemental resists 16edk)
Rupika (shifta boost, highly situational and usually unnecessary)

Attacking Gear:
Rambling May (450atp, Handgun range, 2 bullets per attack, launcher properties on the bullets, shot animation which is insanely fast on fomarl)
Lindcray (800-1200 atp spirit rifle, resta/anti boost, rifle animation is very slow on fomarl)
Last Swan (90atp, handgun, shoots 3 bullets per attack, fomarl has slightly slow handgun animation)
Vivienne (Strong Doublesaber, tp steal special, slightly slow attack animation but good cast animation, very easy to get)
Master Sword (800atp, 70grind, 55ata, tjs special)
Ultima Reaper (666atp, 15grind, 45ata, extended range, 15 targets, megid pierce)
Tyrell's Parasol (300atp charge partisan, resta/shifta/deband range)
Soul Banish (370atp partisan, possible lesser aoe option until you can acquire master sword / ultima reaper)

5. That plan looks pretty terrible. It does not max ata, it goes at least 78 points over atp max (wasted points), and it also appears to be for use with an adept which I highly discourage using for stats. As an optional unit it can be ok, but force unit space is extremely limited and forcing an adept in there means literally 0 room for any situational units like cure/shock, cure/freeze, etc. (need battle unit + smartlink + v801 on force already, so using another unit for stats too means 0 free space). Here is a plan that is actually good(copying myself as quoted in nightmare's signature since I'm too lazy to find which page I had posted that plan on, since all my links broke in forum update. I need to go fix them at some point).

Fomarl can completely max with only v101, or you can drop a slight bit of mst for a cent/battle plan.

Cent/Battle

MAG: 5 / 0 / 71 / 124

Mats: 45 luck | 126 pow | 79 mind

Could also use a Humar mag of 5/124/71/0 and change mats around to accommodate (2 pow mats 203 mind mats). This leaves you with 44 mst off of max, not counting hylian shield's or red ring's +20 mst or v801s +5 mst, which is really not that significant even at -44, and with hylian/rr+v101+v801 you can be only 4 off max (-2 heal on resta, -1 damage on spells). 45 luck mats is so you can use shields other than red ring, like resta merge, antidark ring, safety heart (+30ata for rm) with rambling may (an absolutely killer weapon for fomarl) while having max luck.

v101 (not recommended)

MAG: 5 / 0 / 71 / 124

Mats: 38 luck | 118 power | 92 mind

Completely maxes with v101 on. Uses the atp lck and mst from v101, but not the ata, could get 3 extra mats if you did. No need for red ring's luck, can use resta merge/safety heart/antidark ring.



I hope that all answers your questions. I hope you enjoy playing fomarl, she is a very fun and well-rounded char that is quite competent at many different things.

Hmm can't you make a force mag where you start mind so you have heal pb then twins and then make it Dex higher  at lv 49 then give to ranger for a Dex>mind>power Kama with the stats to go on from to make the mag in question a tellusis ? It seems it can be done without to much difficulty
