If you wish to redeem/use them you add the gm available to that message you received and call them to help you redeem in game. Donation tickets are a virtual currency so it's always handled in your profile.(is not a game item) If you wish to trade you go to the main forum page, scroll down a little and press the "send amount" button, you write the forum username of the person you wish to trade with and the value, you can also leave a message mentioning what you are trading in case there's an issue with the trade.
