Where do I buy this exactly? Do I need to unlock a quest or something? As of right now I'm officially stumped as to how to get one. Thanks in advance! Check this out : http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=772 So basically : make a party in ep2, then quest > shop > Gallon's Plan. Go talking to the yellow almost chubby fonewm with black glasses (around the ryuker/telepipe area). You must have exactly the right number of photon drops if you don't want to be screwed, for they will take all the pds in your inventory no matter what item you choose. So the guy who will try to trade you pds for item is Paganini, he will make a little speech then ask you for a list of items. You'll have to say "No" a lot of time before he offers you the right item. Make sure not to make a mistake.
