Only within the last week was I made aware there was an issue with the reputation system on this server. Not only is there an issue, but there is no clear and concise guide or rules on how a person is allowed to spend their daily reputation points. There is no Sticky Topic or Hot Topic anywhere I've seen that explains the rules behind how to use your reputation points. If the reputation thing is such an issue why can't it be removed? And if it is not going to be removed then there needs to be
