Olá, boa noite.

fui tentar mudar a aparência do meu personagem no jogo, e por alguma razão o meu char ficou travado no lobby, e não aparecia nada na tela. ele ficou invisível.

no fórum, falaram para eu ir na dressing room que o char voltaria ao normal, daí fui tentar mudar a aparencia do meu char no menu principal e quando voltei meu persongem retornou ao level 1. olhei o inventário e o meu banco e eles estavam zerados. todas as minhas coisas sumiram.

tenho certeza que não recriei meu personagem, eu só tentei mudar as cores.

meu guild card é 42115396, a conta é do slot 4 e o problema aconteceu por volta das 2:28 da tarde no horário do servidor.
