ZenReborn Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 Honestly, with v101, Adept, Cent/Arms and a high DEX mag that Excal won't even need hit. Even hitless you should have well over 300 ATA you should be able zerk anything with it. I've found that just over 300 you almost never miss with special. (Didn't know your class/race TBH) some say that it does and some say once you cap out then no hit or extra ATA is calculated. My best guess is to get one with slight hit and one without and find out. Even if there is a small delta between the two and the accuracy is about the same, I'd go hitless and save the money. But if there's a noticible difference naturally go with the better of the two.
