Mag gained DEF, lost DEX

Essentially same problem as http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php/topic/23088-incorrect-mag-stats/

Proper stats were 5/7/45/0, current stats are 8/7/38/0. Logged on to find the stats screwed up, I made sure not to bank it.

Following the same PSO-World guide, same PBs, etc.
