Some details: happend 10 min before i post ( actually i was on for about 4 hours when it happend at 8 AM (-6GMT)) ,going to the shop, games crash i restart it and i was back lvl 1 (After meeting Purex guy)

Actually none of my item are lost my material are not reset just my level been reset to 1

No doubt you entered a room named WANT TO TRADE and PurexSava was present, am I right? He was doing that to several people and he wanted to do it to me. Fortunately, he could only steal all my items.

Rollback will fix all of this. XD

I bump this because im still lvl 1 after rollback, hope you guys can do something about it, i dont have any screenshot before this, but i can take one now where my armor (lv 99 needed) is still equiped show you i was a least lvl 99.

Your levels were not completely restored but is back to 92, thats good enough and i can fix the rest if needed.

ok, thanks for your work guys, 92 could be ok, it would be nice to have my items back (sceenshot) if you could do that its perfect.
