To make a rukmin requires: Female Ranger with section id Viridia Blueful Redria or Whitill Def + Dex = Pow + Mind at level 100 ( for example, 5 def + 45 dex = 50 pow + 0 mind ) OR (this one is only doable well with mind mags, so just do the first one which does both and with less dex needed) Female Ranger with section id Greenil Purplenum or Oran Def + Mind = Pow + Dex at level 100 Just raise a mag to level 99 and move it to a female ranger viridia blueful red white so they can raise it from level 99-100 with 45 dex, and either 50 pow or 50 mind, and you'll get a rukmin.
