Common bank issues - Final round

Fast forward to SEVEN months after I initially needed a rollback, and my common bank no longer accepts more than 18 items. I understand a slight delay with the Tower stuff going on, but I've been pretty open about what's messed up and requires fixing for quite some time. If the common bank can't be fixed, could I just get my account cloned to a new username with a clean common bank? Kajex knows the majority of what I lost, and it's not like I'm asking for STA and 90-hit weapons to be restored without any sort of proof.

Thus far, I've felt cheated and betrayed. I rarely feel like playing because of my hamstrung account and a lack of action being taken.

well sorry first thing i wanna say, and yea ialredy pm protoss and larva coz they are the ones who can make rollbacks, so sorry.

Thank you serv, you've always been a great help. Several people have PM'ed larva and protoss about it, and it got swept under the rug each time. :(

Well this seems a really shitty way to treat members of the community. No wonder some of us are just about done with all of this. This is beyond ridiculous.

clearing it up, there are NO rollback files for january and larva answered that because i asked him over and over about the rollback files

I checked your bank, it contains 5 consumables. It probably needs a wipe or a rollback. Fixing it with the reader would take a long time.

I understand this, and the items weren't created then as Kajex was waiting for Larva's approval to recreate the items. I'm not asking for a rollback since I knew that one didn't exist from back then. Kajex knows what items I lost, and all I really want at this point is my common bank fixed.

Chuk, thank you for looking into that. A wipe would probably be easier, since those 5 items were originally just placeholders. It's probably registering the items as still in there if I had to guess, which would explain the limit of 18 items.

It is overwhelmingly depressing that this sort of thing happens to such an important member of the ultima community, and seeing how poorly he gets treated makes me want to quit too. Even if he was given 100 hit copies of every single event item, custom item, and dark weapon as compensation (fitting since frost is part of the reason ultima even has the item creator at all), it would still almost feel like too little too late. I may have had to bump my own similar topic after two month, and had it get fixed immediately after, but also jokingly chastised with a half warning point for the two month bump, but the amount of time frost, a far more important member of the community than me, has been waiting and asking for help on this issue is just beyond ridiculous.

Ultima should be ashamed of itself.

It hurts me to see someone who is so dedicated be forced to leave because nobody could take a few hours to fix his account, he has been with us for a long time and psobb is one of the few games we share in common, so all this has done is put a cement wall up around one of our friends, the level of inaction almost seems deliberate at this point and i am considering leaving before my account has issues for 8 months+. because i would have far less patience with an issue like that. I really wish someone in the ultima staff could reach out and do what should've been done 8 months ago, but it may be too late for that.

Just want to apologize to frost for this huge problem. I never intented to ignore his problem. Its just that I totally forgot about it.

I want to thank fyrewolf5 cuz thanks to his status updates I press attention to this issue and got it solve yesterday.

Again I'm sorry I totatlly forgot about you man. I already deleted the common bank and Soly will help u with the rest.
