chuk Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 (edited) Since we notied allot of 'useless' topics in this section, which pushes away all others, we decided to make some rules to keep this section a bit cleaner. Rules to make a topic in the tradecenter : - Do not make a topic for one single item, unless it's a very good item (pgf, sjs/tjs or anything with good stats). - Use clear topic titles : S> means that you are selling something B> means that you are buying something good example: S>Heaven Punisher 0/0/30/0/0 bad example: "I'm looking for... " - Make a tradelist, with a wishlist. (don't forget to mention your ingame names or how you want people to contact you. - Asking to sell something in the shoutbox is often quicker and more effective for 'common' items. - It's ok to bump your tradelist, but not too often, leave other people a chance. You can also put a link to your tradelist in your signature. - When the trade is done, ask for a lock. Due to many thefts lately, also some rules here Ingame trades : - Lock the rooms with a password when you do a trade and don't leave your valuables on the floor ( when you dc you can lose those items). - Be careful of players you don't know/trust. In doubts ask a thrustworthy friend to join the room. - Take pictures of your items, or chatlogs if anything goes wrong, you have something as proof. - If the room is bugged and ghost items start to appear, make a fresh room to avoid item loss. - Scamming or breaking any of the above rules will result in a warning/ban.
