Kolective Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 First, go to the virus vault and make sure it didn't remove anything. If it did, restore it. Secondly, see if you can add the process to an exceptions list. I'm not exactly sure how norton works, but that should work. If all else fails, disable norton temporarily and then launch PSO. squish Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Hello there, It flags it as a Virus due to the way it was compiled, but fear not, it's a false positive. What you need to do is add an exception to the PSO folder and should run smooth. Also with regards to the Uninstall, some people face that issue. Depending on your O/S. You can just delete all the folder and attempt to re-install. The guildcard can be known in-game from your home screen. Home>GuildCards>My Card and it will show you.
