Rollback Request, Character missing from Hack

Bugged Oct. 19 (not sure on time)

I'd like to request a rollback for my second char slot (Zer0 Purplenum Racast Lvl 134). The top two char slots seem to have been wiped by the hacker attack last night(Oct. 19), though the first slot was just a throwaway char for mag evolving. My racast Zer0 was in the second slot, though I have not been online with him much lately(certainly not 8+ hours on a day recently, though I don't know when server save time is). After the random banners of broomop yesterday I logged on him to update all my inventory/bank screenshots, but logged off of Zer0 when that was done, and I continued to play on -Saith who was still perfectly fine this morning. I have not logged on Zer0 since I saw this bug this morning. My GC# is 42102085. If I need to post all of his inventory/bank screenshots here first, or have any other info missing please let me know. Thank you for your time.

My account hack also tired to take a picture but that's not working. now I cant even get to the char selection after I restarted the game.

Bumping this for Saith/Firewolf. Apparently this one hasn't been fixed yet. Andres has sure been busy. I can understand missing one user's rollback.
