Hello to everyone who play this game, i am a new player and i cant play the game it tells me that its the wrong username or password. i would like some help with this fix thx Update, i see i need to sign up for the game its self and its telling me wrong pass word WTF

Hi, i've downloaded the game and installed and everything, but when i want to play it shows my account name from the old server where i used to play and when i log in with my newly created Ultima account it says: Account/Password incorrect. So i thought i made a typo when making the account so i made a new one and the same thing happened, i've already tried to uninstall and install again but after that it won't even start the game. Help plz
