I attempted to log in around a half hour ago and had my credentials erased. On top of that, I tried to log in with multiple failed attempts. The error message wasn't even "invalid credentials" but along the lines of "the server may be undergoing maintenance". A friend was able to get on just fine, so I figured maybe I forgot some really obvious password. I have not received any password recovery emails (but I got the email to validate me joining the forum). I even decided to play around and attempt to register a new account with my email (didn't work, already existed) and my log in name (once again, already existed). I'm really not sure what to do and don't want to start over from what progress I've already made. I still have my email with my guild card if that can help any.

I registered my account and then tried to log into the game only to have the message that I had gotten either my username or password wrong, which I knew it wasn't. I attempted to change the password using the option that I had forgotten it, and then used the temporary code provided. Yet it said the old passwords didn't match. I attempted this multiple times before getting a new temporary password that didn't work. Using the password I registered with, that was said to be invalid on the game, I was able to change the password. I know the username I registered with is correct, but now it still says that one of them is wrong when I know it isn't. Please help.
