Buenas a todos. Tengo una cuenta antigua en el server, recuerdo bien el username y de hecho todavía tengo el mail de registro. El problema es que no recuerdo cuál era mi contraseña. Leyendo el F.A.Q, y viendo otros temas aquí en el foro me enteré de que había un enlace para ello, que supuestamente es este: https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/account-management/password-recovery/ Sin embargo, cuando intento acceder a él me manda al índice de los foros. ¿es sólo cosa mía? ¿hay alguna otra forma de recuperar mi contraseña? Etiqueto a @Soly, ya que he visto que él es quien responde en ésta sección.

I created an account on this website, verified my email, downloaded the game, and downloaded the patch. But, now when i try to start the game it says the username or password is invalid. I have checked and rechecked it, try using my email for a username, all to no avail. Am I missing something here? Edit: I obviously did not thoroughly read the rules about usernames and passwords. I created both with uppercase letters, have now changed my password but cannot change username. Still cannot log in. Solved. created new account. The registration page I originally used did not have the same information on it.

Hola a todos! Hacía un año que no pasaba por aqui y que no entraba al juego,y hoy he intentado hacer log in en el juego pero no recuerdo la contraseña (Sí el nombre de usuario). La cosa es que utilizando la herramienta de la web para recuperar contraseña no funciona ¿que tengo que hacer? Me gustaría recuperar a mis personajes. Gracias a todos.

Hello My name is Randolfo77 I've been trying to simply recover my password for my psoblueburst account, However, once i finish filling in all required fields it tells me, "Not connected or found in database'. i simply need to recover my old password so i can once again play this wonderful game. As an Morrowing/Oblivion modder i know how intelligent such people are; Help me out! thanks Randolfo77
