Hello, When I want to connect, a ban message appear. I tried to restart my computer but it's not gone. Firstly I thought it was a bug but it really seems someone banned me. Can someone please help me ? I just reached level 40. I've played all the 3 last days to reached them. Thanks.

Hi, I started playing this game about 11 days ago, my brother, I and a couple of my friends play the game. This afternoon when I tried playing the game before it even reaches the ship choice, it gives me a message that says: "You are banned from this server" I have no idea what I did to cause a ban, Actually this is the first time I've been banned from anything now that I think about it. Is there a reason? Can anyone help? Please get back to me!! Thank you!

hoy día 1 de julio del año 2013 no he podido ingresar al servidor, la razón como lo indica el titulo es que el juego me dice banned from this ship, no sé la razón y mucho menos creo que halla motivo, lo único que hago es jugar y rara vez hago comentarios a menos de que requiera o alguien me pregunte por lo tanto me gustaría saber que paso en caso de que el agravio sea por mi parte. Gracias. Por cierto suerte con sus drops a los que si pueden jugar
