Yeah, so I recently got back into playing Ultima (of what looks like about 4 years since my last post on here). Keep in mind I like playing solo/by myself cuz for some reason I'm nervous around other people or I just like being by myself, I made a RaCast a couple days ago, somehow managed to take down Dark Fallz (on normal tho..) and I'm currently level 35 ish. Right now I'm attempting Forest on Hard and it's really difficult for me, and the "best" weapon I have atm seems to be a lockgun +3, and as for armor I have the grand (lvl 33 set?) And a lvl 32 mag...I barely use traps, if at all, cuz I don't have them equipped. Anyways, should I be playing on some other level or difficulty or Normal mode or One-Person mode? And what online (Ultima) or offline quests should I play? Sorry for being all over the place, it just seems like I'm permanently stuck in Normal difficulty and it just gets so irritating that I can't get better..

I recently play Episode 4 with my Force character and want to complete all main quests like in the other episodes with my Hunter and Ranger. I have never met a situation like this, maybe it's just my imagination but I felt I should had to ask the following. This quest is named as 'The CHOSEN 2/2' where you have to rescue a girl called Rupika from another NPC. When you reach Subterraen Desert, there's a part with laser fences which you need to get through by activating switches (red, blue, green, purple). This place has a bunch of transporters as well, if you didn't manage to cross lasers you can use them to transoprt you to the starting point. I was just not in the mood to do this, tried it a couple of times but decided to leave. So, my question is: Can I do this quest alone? Or do I need team mates for it? As I mentioned earlier you can do in solo the other quests in every Episodes, but perhaps this one is an exception. I'm a bit confused, help me by telling the answer Admins if you can, and I'll wait for you players who do quests, too!

I was wondering what the community felt on this subject. Currently, the game favors solo over multiplayer when it comes to finding rare items. But is that what we really want? Or would most players prefer if the game favored multiplayer instead? Both solo and multiplayer will continue to be possible regardless of any changes done to the game, but which one do you think should be better for finding rare items?
