It's been a long time since I logged in and I forgot my game password, I remember my forum account password but not the game account. I appreciate any help.

Hola a todos! Hacía un año que no pasaba por aqui y que no entraba al juego,y hoy he intentado hacer log in en el juego pero no recuerdo la contraseña (Sí el nombre de usuario). La cosa es que utilizando la herramienta de la web para recuperar contraseña no funciona ¿que tengo que hacer? Me gustaría recuperar a mis personajes. Gracias a todos.

Hi, I used to play about a year ago but my life got busier and busier so i stopped. Now I'm back and I downloaded psobb ultima again but I don't remember the userID and password associated with my account. Though I remember my email. I don't know if that will help a moderator trying to recover my information but I hope so. If there are any security questions I'd be able to answer them. I know my characters names and the email and that's about it. If someone could please help I'd appreciate it. Thank you, Yolkix
