  1. Hello, I had just taken a mag out of my common bank when I had a disconnect. I logged back in to find that 17 of my items had now become bugged ???? items. The mag (lv 90 Madhu) was one of the non-bugged items. I did not take any screenshots of my character's items before the crash, but I did take picture of the inventory afterwards. Character Name: Smick Guild Card #: 42102345 Slot: Two Class: Greenill Ramar level 50 The crash occured around 8:35pm PST. If a rollback is possible to before the crash, it would be greatly appreciated. Pictures:
  2. Hey, I am requesting a rollback for my character named tjs , she's a hunewearl in game slot number one. I was depositing a red handgun into my common bank when it crashed. I logged back in just to find an inferno bazooka and my diska of liberator to be there along with my money. The red handgun didn't make it into the bank either. Unfortunately I don't have pictures before hand, but her inventory hasn't changed much so a single rollback should work fine. Info: Character name: tjs Guild card #: 42102285 Slot: One Class: blueful hunewearl level 110 Item loss occurred 50 minutes prior to this post. At 12:40pm EST. Please help, and thanks in advance. I only have pictures from after, i just started playing on this server about a week ago so hopefully i don't get rolled back too far.
  3. Yo! So, I logged on earlier this evening to get my gaming on. Decided to use my RAcast for a lilbit, and was greeted by a bunch of ????'s in my inventory. The only items there were not affected were a heavenly/ability unit, and an ADEPT and Centurion/Ability that I was transferring. I have since returned my ADEPT and Centurion/Ability back to my other character. Here's a pic of my guild card: Here's some pics of some of my inventory before the bug: Here's what I was left with after the bug: Unfortunately, when I attempted to take the pic before I uploaded this one, the ????'s were gone. Hope this helps. This is the first time I actually filed a request for a rollback.
  4. sooooo yeah the server went down for a little bit maintenance probably i dunno but all i do know was when it happened i was lvl 116 i logged back in now and im lvl 112 like i was this morning and im missing all progress i did today now thats more than four items gone so yeah i have no screen shots i didnt think i would need it for server maintenance anywho if something can be done thanks in not then whatever anywho this affected all character slots inventory and character slot 1s level guild card # 42089786 and this happened i think around 7:00 pacific time im in california if that helps
  5. To date, I have donated $166 to this server; $69 in January alone. Also, I am a sub-leader on two different teams and a generous, fair player who enjoys helping others. I think I contribute a lot in time and money to the help make this server a popular and positive online community. So I have some questions: 1) Why does it take from December 11 to February 25 to get help while I watch other players get resolution within a couple of days? (My more recent ticket took from February 9 to February 23 for a rollback.) 2) Why am I told that an item which I have screenshots for cannot be warrantied in a rollback? (My demonic fork is still missing but I have been informed by Larva that it cannot be restored as there are "no warranties on rollbacks." ) Yet I have seen other players' items restored even after a rollback. 3) As a paying member of this community, I would like to know why I am being treated in this manner? If my money isn't helping me to keep my hard-earned items or paying for debugging the server, then why should I continue to donate, or play on this server, for that matter? I can't imagine putting in the many hours to earn items for myself, my team, and other members, only to have the frequent bugs and server crashes take it all away without hope of resolution. I assume this server is kind of like a business and I feel that I am a faithful customer. I realize the GM(s) have other duties and appreciate their dedication to making this a fun gaming experience. However, if you would like me to continue to donate to your server, I respectfully request an explanation for this treatment and the return of my missing demonic fork. I know that I play many hours and you couldn't imagine that I would give it all up, but I am discouraged and considering quitting for good. It's just so frustrating to invest so much time and money only to lose things due to bugs and crashes without hope that they can be restored when I have documented evidence of what has been lost. I don't really expect special treatment, just fair treatment. On the other hand, if I am being ignored because I have somehow offended the GM(s), I would appreciate some honesty so that I can address those concerns.
