My leg has been killing me, sorry if I haven't been on. Doc decided to acciendenly twist my knee the wrong way while doing an examination and it's excrution pain so sorry guys

Adding HIT to weapons?

I heard that it's possible to add hit to a weapon but not sure if it's true or not....I have a Branaz Launcher that I would like to add hit to for my ranger. If there is a way, could I please know and have an idea what this method is. Thank you and many hails!!
