    Antivirus seemed to still be the issue. Apparently Google chrome entirely had to be whitelisted for it to allow access.

    Hello, Trying to get back into the game and reinstall it. The download process worked well and from other forums, I went ahead and whitelisted the Launcher.exe, psobb.exe, and ulltima.dll. The error show says "Error: Unable to connect to the remote server" followed by "URL: http://www.ultimapsobb.com/psobb/v1/update/files.txt". Any tips on how to resolve this? Does the site it self need to be whitelisted it self?
