Never mind I just solved the problem, because the launcher wouldn't update through the launcher, I downloaded latest update from the phantasystaronline.net download page and I extracted the files from inside the client folder and replaced the same name files inside the Ultima PSOBB folder

When I right click and run administrator it brings up user account control and says "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device? Launcher.exe I press "yes" and the launcher updater when I press update still pops up for less than half a second and doesn't update!? Could this be an antivirus problem?

Do I have to be admin of a computer to run administrator?

While running as administrator, I tried updating didnt work, I did patch download "there is no new updates" and my item names are still messed up

Hi my name is Siah My items were named the wrong names, So people said to update the launcher, so I opened the launcher, clicked update and then the update pop up flashed really quickly and then nothing happened, and I went into the game and the items were still wrong
