change the extention PsOBB.pat to PsOBB.exe, remove the old PsOBB.exe first though. If that doesn't work, it means something is blocking the patcher (firewall, windows defender, antivirus, stuff like that)

UAC = user account control. It's that message that pops up when you run something in administrator mode. You can turn it off or lower it one level. What is preventing you from dual clienting? You get an error-message? If so, which one?

(additional info is always welcome to help us find out the source of the bug) And you'll als need to be offline for one of the GMs to fix it. Example : Guildcard: 420005667 Info: Stored a handgun in the common bank and now there is a ?????? item that crashes me.
