I spit at thee PSO2, may thy servers burn in ruin... Or until the bums at Sega make a US based server ;^p

*nod nod nod* That's why it's so infuriating. I mean when they do stupid stuff like copyright claiming a bunch of shining force videos (to boost their own f-king search ranking. *shudder* ) it's at least infuriating to a lesser degree because there are a glut of turn-based strategies already. (though I fondly remember shining force, that game is amazing.)
But PSO have always been as wholly unique as a game really can be. It does feel like a natural evolution of the form...

Don't you dare give up on me yet you Sapphire 3850HD! =^(

Alrighty! Some people wanted to hear some music I've made back in the day, well here you are for your amusement/critique/enjoyment/headbanging.
The majority of the guitar work is by yours truly, save on Nichols Drive, we had 2 guitarists, see if you can pick me out in the mix:
http://yourlisten.com/Trigunman
3 bands demos are available:
2000-2003 - Zedok - "Quest of the Zedok" demo - prog rock power trio
2004-2007 - Core Breach - "Warning" demo - metal core, screamo w/ some acoustic instrumentals I recorded (crudely) myself
2011-2013 - Nichols Drive - "self-titled" demo - "swamp" metal, mix of rock/metal
Enjoy and rawk on dewds/dewdettes!

OH I nearly forgot Debbie, go check out GTR! it was a supergroup of Steve Hackett of Genesis/Mike + Mechanics and Steve Lowe from YES. "Heart Rules The Mind" is probably their best known track, along with "The Hunter".
-
thanx hun
i have 1 of their cd s (not sure if there's another
btw did you know that GTR stands for GuiTaR
and i believe the vocalist in Emerson's group " 3" (Emerson Palmer and Bacon) Max Bacon was GTR's singer
I believe you and I should start a prog rock info data base
BTW i have all the music we've discussed and i would gladly share them with you
BTW while checking to see if i had 3 i saw i also had the 2 Starcastle releases (Starcastle & Fountains of Light) or as Dad calls them "Yes Lite"

Well, it's been a while since I've formally joined an actual team here at Ultima...
Soooo, time to retire the ole Trinity Flag I guess and blaze a new standard with some new blood.
Thanks to C01D1, Duja and all of Team Triforce for the invite and vote of membership!
I hope to make you guys proud, lift up Team Triforce and continue my personal mission of mentoring of new players and assisting others in their hunts as well as my new teammates with my existing accounts of lvl 200 and sub lvl 200 characters. Trigunman, Triforcer, Triblader, Tri-MSUIT, Quad-Shot, Quad-Tekk, Quad-Cutt and Quad-Bash are all now at your beck and call.
*salutes*

COME AT ME VACATION BRO. Hittin' the road and getting out of Dodge this weekend. Who says you can't leave your problems behind you... XD

In roughly 24 hours, many things are going to change... Or will things once again persist to remain the same?
In every end there is a beginning and to every beginning there will come an eventual end.
What will be birthed will begin in the hearts of each of us, therefore what will this bring?
Our eventual demise? Or a glorious new beginning?
Ultimately this fate begins with a decision we must make of with the reality that surrounds us each day.
Deuteronomy 30:15-16 - "See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, and death and adversity; in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, that you may live and multiply, and that the LORD your God may bless you in the land where you are entering to possess it.…

Human's were cursed with the conscious mind. It causes us to think of what the right choices are and think of where our ends will take us. I for one think there is nothing awaiting me when my time comes, and find it in myself to try and spread peace and love while I still can on this beautiful world. God bless you Trigunman.

Actually MadOrNah, I was raised in church for all my life. Imperfect, pontificating old fart? Haha, maybe I am... XD Or maybe I still annoy my neighbors with my loud music/guitar amp and don't fit into societal norms with no wife or kids while keeping down a good day job at an engineering firm. Who cares really, I sure don't... Oh yea, GET OFF MY LAWN LOL!
What is important though, being young and naive however is no excuse unfortunately for what will come. For none of us are guaranteed another moment's breath on this minuscule rock of a planet we call Earth in the vast, massive universe. I've sadly seen quite a few friends of mine growing up as a teenager I knew for years, then suddenly one day wake up to find they were in a horrific accident and are GONE, never to be seen again among the living.
But realize that some people do actually care whether you suffer physical separation, torment and anguish for all eternity, someone cares about YOU enough to warn you of your eternal destiny. This isn't about proselytizing, this is warning you along the lines of "the plane is going down, it's fixing to crash and I have a parachute for you that will save your (eternal) life, please consider using it". I'm one of those persons, the other DIED FOR YOU over 2,000 years ago on a cross for every sin you'll ever commit and HE is the only acceptable atonement for those sins to our Creator and His Father, YAHWEH.
This man is Jesus Christ.
Regardless, again, believe whatever you will, but the truth will seek you out one day. I pray then it will not be too late for you... Yet a seed hopefully is planted.
Until then, peace be unto you.
P.S. Thanks Mrchibbs God bless you sir!

*sigh* Farewell my Sapphire 3850HD AGP card... Alas, you were a good card, until your sudden death of graphics corruption and faulty, overheating SDRAM modules. I only hope I can find a replacement for you soon. ='^(

Sorry Guido, not an option... A brand new build is in the works after this year. I will be out of debt and then I will have mad money for sure to build a whole new machine from the ground up that will be far superior. A new 3850/4670 is merely a stopgap for my current machine (since I'm still stuck on AGP) until that happens. I can't complain though, I built my current machine originally back in 2002 I think. I've overhauled it 3-4 times, only the fans are original compone...

Steven: There is none who have truly mastered fear, even Yoda most likely understood this and fled to Dagobah when the Empire arose and destroyed the Jedi Temple and nearly all of the remaining Jedis. Even he must have feared what was to come of the arise of the Empire's might and of that of Anakin's/Darth Vader's increasing strength and command of the Force. Even Luke, whom defeated Vader, his Father, apparently will even fear his own incredible power in the Force as I have re...

HI! Trigunman is currently marooned on a back-water terrestrial planet called Desseeia somewhere in the Andromeda Galaxy. Be back shortly to the Ragol sector... Once I build a ship w/hyperdrive to get off this rock and out of this sector that is. Empyrion Galactic Survival is quite addicting and well developed for a game still in alpha incredibly.

@Dutch Ride - Hey I've got some of my old band demos if you'd like to hear them sometime man, or anyone else for that matter. It's all prog rock and metal stuff though, from early 2000's to 2013.
Sending you a post here so we don't clog up R-78's mall thread, let me know and I'll get those demos hosted for download.

Ahh hey Debbie! Yea, my old band Zedok was a 3 piece power prog trio.
It's probably closer to Rush, with a bit of Iron Maiden and perhaps some Metallica mixed in altogether I'd say, an interesting mix to say the least.
We actually covered Fly By Night and Tom Sawyer by Rush back then too. Damn I miss that band, they were the best rhythm section I've ever had the privilege to play with.
I'm going to try to get that stuff loaded up today for you guys! \m/ \m/
